It is important not to forget that the goal of this discipline is to balance the body's energy,
purify it, leading to greater self-awareness and greater inner peace.
You don't need to be flexible to get started,
you simply need
the desire to get to know yourself,
even in moments when a position does not quite work out as you would like.
By calming down and listening to the breath we will learn to guide the body which will slowly give space and fluidity in movement.
The ultimate goal is therefore be to pursue this inner peace even beyond the practice itself. To face the challenges that life present us with better awareness and calm.
